14 Days Return Guarantee
Our aim at Uniform Solutions is to ensure that our customer is fully satisfied with the product.In order to do that, we guarantee a return of any product for whatever reason, within a period of 14 days, from the date of receipt.
However, the product you wish to return must be unused and unwashed. It must be the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, to be refundable.
Altered, washed, soiled or damaged products will not be accepted.
Uniform solutions reserves the right to reject any return request if the product looks used.
In case you receive an incorrect product
In case you receive a different product from what you ordered, we would exchange the product free of cost if intimated within 7 days on receipt of the product.

If you have ordered a wrong size/colour, it can be returned by placing a Return request on-line within 14 days on receipt of the product.
For the correct size/colour you will need to place a fresh order.
Returns & Refund Time Frame
Our Returns Representative will visit you within 15 days of placing the return request. He will refund the amount to you immediately after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
In some cases we might use FedEx to pick you the product you wish to return, in which case the refund would be made as soon as we receive and inspect the item in our warehouse.
- Log in to your account on the website
- Go to ‘my orders’.
- For part order return, click on the product which you wish to return and then click on the RETURN ORDER box at the right edge of the returns page.
- For entire order return, click RETURN ORDER on the top right edge of the returns page
- Kindly remember to tick the reason for making the return in the menu on the right hand corner of the page.
Any product required against the return, will require you to place a fresh order.
You can cancel part of or your entire order by going to ‘My Orders’ after log in to the website. However, you can cancel the order only before your order Invoice is generated.
Step to cancel part or entire order
- log in to your account.
- Go to my orders.
- For part order cancellation, click the product which you want to cancel and then click CANCEL ORDER.
- For entire order cancellation, click CANCEL ORDER at the right corner of the web page
